The research and programming of The Nextions Institute is designed to cultivate the connections between ideas, people, and networks that are necessary for individuals and organizations to lead for maximum impact.

Our innovative research and interactive learning opportunities on leadership, inclusion and personal growth that are learner-centered and outcome-driven.

Every research study, workshop, seminar, and retreat starts with the intended learners and their learning objectives in mind and is developed strategically around how the transfer of knowledge/skills can best be achieved.  Our programs are intentionally limited to 50 people or less per program so that we can teach in ways that are tailored to each of the learners in the program.  The learning environments, faculty and learning technologies for each program are also deliberately designed to facilitate the immediate translation of information into action for those who attend.  We have planted our programs in some pretty unique venues to accelerate the achievement of learning objectives!
